(1)Ray Cool undertakes to replace or repair all manufacturer's defects AFTER Management approval on Sunglasses for three(3) months from the DATE of purchase. The Sunglasses MUST be accompanied by a VALID Guarantee Form and Bill.
(2) We are unable to carry replacement parts for Sunglasses at all times, but it is possible to place orders for CERTAIN BRANDS, however it is subject to supplier availability on the parts. Please note that Serengeti does not supply lenses therefore we are willing to extend our guarantee to six(6) months for lenses ONLY.
(3)Sunglasses can be exchanged within one(1) week of purchase, but must be in perfect condition and accompanied with the valid Ray Cool invoice as proof of the purchase and guarantee form.
(4) Screws will become loose from time to time. It is the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER to visit any of the Ray Cool branches periodically for tightening.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Ray Cool does not GUARANTEE any Sunglasses from TARNISHING OR PEELING due to reaction with skin, perspiration and sea water. Please wash your Sunglasses with clean water on a regular basis.
Ray Cool will not GUARANTEE any Sunglasses broken due to: Falling, Twisting, Sitting On, Melting(i.e. left on dash board of car or extreme temperatures), Baby Mangling, Chipped Lenses, and cleaning with a dirty cloth, tissue or any abrasive material not intended for use in cleaning lenses. ONLY FROM GENUINE MANUFACTURE DEFECTS.
Ray Cool staff are TRAINED by SUPPLIERS and by a JEWELER to detect breakage due to material stress caused by any of the ABOVE.
